Wyre Council is offering an early Christmas gift of two hours of free parking in all of its car parks on weekends during the run up to Christmas.
Residents can park for free for two hours and there’s no need to display a ticket.

Free parking will be available on Saturday 8 December, Sunday 9 December, Saturday 15 December, Sunday 16 December, Saturday 22 December and Sunday 23 December.
Councillor Roger Berry, Portfolio Holder for Neighbourhood Services and Community Safety, commented: “We are delighted to be able to offer free parking to residents for the lead up to Christmas.
“We hope that this will encourage residents to shop locally and visit independent businesses in Wyre. From everyone at Wyre Council, we hope you have a very merry Christmas.”
