On this day you can expect adjusted lighting and no music for a calmer, sensory-friendly experience. The team is committed to supporting families’ needs to ensure everyone enjoys their visit
Please note: This grotto is not bookable, so we recommend arriving early to avoid disappointment. On busy days, queues may close from 3:00pm, but our team will do their best to accommodate as many visitors as possible.
