Christmas is often difficult time for those who’ve lost someone. But Light up a Life aims to bring some comfort and provide an opportunity to celebrate and remember special people who are sadly no longer with us.

Light Up a Life
The Light Up a Life service is held in the beautiful Trinity Hospice gardens. After a number of readings and hymns the Christmas trees are lit in memory of loved ones- the most poignant part of the service. It’s a chance to remember those no longer with us and reflect on memories we continue to cherish.
The service starts at 4pm prompt and lasts around 45 minutes. Please arrive in good time to allow time for parking and walking to the garden.
Free parking is available in the large carpark as you come up Low Moor Road (FY2 0BG). Please be extremely mindful of parking in and around the hospice. Please avoid parking on Edmonton Place, which is across from the hospice, and do not park on the pavements or over anyone’s drive.
If you’re unable to attend the in-person service, you’ll be able to watch an online service on the Trinity Hospice YouTube channel. Available from 4pm on Sunday 8th December through to the beginning of January.
