It’s the biggest transport themed event in the UK and it’s a FREE, fun, family event. It’s Fleetwood Festival of Transport – or Tram Sunday as it’s known – and it’s back on 19 July 2026!

Save the date for this popular free day out! It’s a spectacle in its own right, where the entire town is closed to traffic and transformed into an outdoor playground! First, the day begins with a parade of vehicles. Then classic cars, vehicles of all kinds, buses, vans and bikes form static displays along the town centre high street. Side streets off it are also closed and become home to all manner of attractions. From funfair rides to rock bands, troupes of dances to craft stalls. There’s really something for everyone!
