For exercise and fresh air, join the free, fun, and friendly weekly Fleetwood Promenade Parkrun – a 5k community event. Walk, jog, run, volunteer or spectate – it’s up to you!

Every Saturday at 9:00am.

Fleetwood Promenade parkrun

The event takes place at Outer Promenade, The Esplanade, Fleetwood, Lancashire, FY7 6HF. Start behind the Marine Hall, run to just beyond the Observation Tower and back. See Course page for more details.

It’s free to join in but please register before you first come along. Only ever register with parkrun once and don’t forget to bring a scannable copy of your barcode (request a reminder). If you forget it, you won’t get a time.

Everyone takes part for their own enjoyment. Please come along and join in whatever your pace!
