Welcome to the Derby Hotel in Blackpool, situated on Derby Road, North Shore, Blackpool. Less then 50 yards from the promenade, with the North Pier only 750 yards away. We offer En-Suite and Standard Rooms, arranged as Family, Double, Twin and singles on a bed and breakfast basis. Evening meals are available through prior arrangement. We are 3 star rated. We are located opposite The Grand Hotel in Blackpool, and around the corner from the Imperial. This makes us an ideal choice when there are one of the many conferences, exhibitions and special events going on in Blackpool.
Your hosts, Ivan and Tim used to own and run The Bingorama social club in Belper, Derbyshire for 12 years. Prior to this Ivan was a chef in several of Derbyshire’s leading restaurants, so as you can appreciate, home cooked food and hospitality are definitely on the menu!
All our bedrooms are clean and comfortable. We have a room to suit most tastes and needs. Our family rooms have dvd players in to help keep the kids occupied. Two of our rooms have Four Poster beds and we offer both standard and en-suite accommodation.
The spacious and comfortable Dining Room offers the perfect start to the day where you can enjoy a full hearty English Breakfast or you can just have a light breakfast cereal or toast. Tea and coffee along with fruit juices add the perfect compliment.
Location of the Derby Hotel
Find this hotel not far from the Cabin Lift at North Shore. Derby Road is a great spot, adjacent to the Promenade. Trams and buses provide easy access into the town centre and all of Blackpool’s attractions, bars and theatres. It’s also close to Gynn Square and handy for all of those glorious west coast sunsets!
With Blackpool Transport trams and buses, exploring the Fylde Coast is easy and comfortable. There’s also a handy App so you know exactly which bus to catch and when it will arrive. Buy your ticket from the driver or via the App.
