The Arthington Guest House is a seven bedroom licensed guest house centrally located near the seafront in Blackpool. Dedicated to delivering outstanding service and ensuring that every guest experience is delightfully memorable. Trip Advisor 5 star reviews herald us as one of the best places to stay in Blackpool.
Ideally placed between Central and South Pier, adjacent to the seafront, so you’ve got easy access to the trams and all Blackpool attractions. Including the famous Blackpool Tower and Ballroom, Winter Gardens, Opera House, Madame Tussauds, Blackpool Pleasure Beach, Blackpool Illuminations, and not forgetting, seven miles of sandy coastline.
We offer bed and breakfast, where we use only the best quality products and can cater for most dietary requirements. Room-only rates for those that like a lie in are also available! However, if you book a room only and then change your mind when you get here, breakfast is available at £8 per person per day.
All rooms are individual in decoration and of course all ensuite with all the usual facilities such as tea/coffee, towels, hairdryers etc. Room type range from deluxe single (normal size double bed) to superior king (super king size bed). All rooms also have smart TV (most are 42 inch) and Amazon Alexa devices.
We also offer free ultra-fast wifi and guaranteed parking in our car park for a small daily charge.

Location of The Arthington Guest House
Find the Arthington Guest House at St Chad’s Road, South Shore. It’s in a great spot for all Blackpool’s attractions, midway between Central and South Piers. The location makes it a do-able walk to the Pleasure Beach to the south and town centre to the north. Plus of course the seafront is a minute or two away at the end of the road – and all those amazing West coast sunsets.
There’s also a tram stop at St Chad’s Road which makes the town centre, attractions, bars and theatres all in easy reach.
With Blackpool Transport trams and buses, exploring the Fylde Coast is easy and comfortable. There’s also a handy App so you know exactly which bus to catch and when it will arrive. Buy your ticket from the driver or via the App.
