Sunnydale Bed & Breakfast is your home away from home. Opened in May 2026, with stylish and comfortable accommodation in a relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere.

After a great nights sleep in one of six ensuite bedrooms, enjoy a freshly prepared breakfast each morning. Enjoy your full English made with fresh local ingredients in the warm and welcoming dining room. Then head out into Blackpool – or explore the Fylde Coast. There’s a bus stop and a tram stop almost at the end of the street.

Blackpool’s iconic promenade is a minute’s walk away, just at the end of King Edward Avenue. Enjoy the quieter end of town with it’s amazing views from the slightly higher seafront around Gynn Square and the Cliffs. It’s also where you’ll find the pretty and tranquil seafront Jubilee Gardens.

Your Stay at Sunnydale Bed & Breakfast

Sunnydale is easy to find – located at North Shore just off Blackpool’s Queens Promenade at King Edward Avenue. Guests can use free on-street parking outside, on a first-come, first-served basis. At busy times there is ample long-stay pay and display parking at nearby Gynn Square.

Choose from one of six tasteful and well presented rooms at the Sunnydale for your minimum two night stay. Discounts are available for stays of three nights or more. There’s a family room, king size, three doubles and a single room (coming soon).

Each is well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. TV mounted on the wall plus free Wi-Fi. There’s a small fridge with fresh milk and bottled water, plus tea and coffee making facilities. Enjoy your shower with complimentary plant-based toiletries and use the hairdryer provided.

As Sunnydale is a traditional, Victorian property, bedrooms are all located on the first and second floors. There’s no lift access.

Children aged 6 and over are welcome. Sorry, no pets.
