Description
The Berwick Hotel – over 40’s only – is a quiet and comfortable place to stay in Blackpool, Lancashire.
It’s a small, family-run guest-house in the North Shore area of Blackpool. Which means you can enjoy all the shows, theatre and nightlife – and then return for a relaxing, peaceful night’s sleep.
The Berwick caters for mature couples, singles and responsible groups (over 40’s only). The owners pride themselves on comfortable, clean rooms, friendly, relaxed atmosphere and a great breakfast.
Love history and/or cars? You’ll love the background to the Berwick Hotel – Over 40’s only. It’s the birthplace of Swallow Sidecars – which later became Jaguar Motors. The history of this building and Jaguar motors is fascinating – and there’s a blue plaque on the door to celebrate it.

Location of The Berwick Hotel – over 40’s only – Blackpool
The Berwick is not far from Gynn Square at the popular King Edward Avenue. Not in the hubbub and noise of the town – the town centre is in walking distance – around a 20-30 minute walk or a 5 minute Blackpool Transport tram or bus ride away.
King Edward Avenue is a minute or two walk from the seafront views near the Boating Pool and Cliff Lift at the promenade and close to Blackpool’s attractions. It’s also close to tram and bus stops so you can explore all of the Fylde Coast.

With Blackpool Transport trams and buses, exploring the Fylde Coast is easy and comfortable. There’s also a handy App so you know exactly which bus to catch and when it will arrive. Buy your ticket from the driver or via the App.
