Ian & Kevin welcome you to The Manhattan. We are accredited annually and proud of our Blackpool Approved status confirming we are #CleanSafeLegal.
The Manhattan is a Victorian, nine bedroom venue in the centre of Blackpool. It has nine ensuite rooms, two singles, six double rooms and one twin.
All rooms have colour TV with Freeview channels and radio stations. Situated on Cocker Street, The Manhattan is only a few minutes walk away from Funny Girls, the Town Centre, Blackpool Train Station, and the Promenade.
Every room has a complimentary hot beverage tray, using branded goods of Tea, Coffee and Hot Chocolate. All rooms are serviced daily to ensure guest comfort is at it highest. We have recently upgraded The Manhattan to reflect the needs of our customers, which are high standards of comfort, cleanliness and quality.

Please Note – There isn’t any on-site parking. There is paid for parking in the near area.
Due to the age and style of the building, we are unable to accept wheelchair users or persons unable to climb stairs.

Find the Manhattan Guest House at Cocker Street, just off Gynn Square at Blackpool North Shore. It’s in a great spot for all the Fylde Coast has to offer, not far from the town centre. Of course the seafront is a minute or two away at the end of the road – and all those amazing West coast sunsets and views.
Even though it’s not a long walk to all that Blackpool has to offer, there’s a tram stop at Gynn Square. This makes the town centre, attractions, bars and theatres all in easy reach.
With Blackpool Transport trams and buses, exploring the Fylde Coast is easy and comfortable. There’s also a handy App so you know exactly which bus to catch and when it will arrive. Buy your ticket from the driver or via the App.
