- During peak weeks and school holidays, Hole in Wand Blackpool is generally open 10am to 5pm
- Otherwise, Mon to Weds is 12-5pm, Thurs to sat is 10am-5pm and Sundays 10am-4pm

Hole in Wand Blackpool
Your journey begins at the Promenade entrance, opposite Festival House. Enter to find a magical 9-hole mini-golf wizarding adventure. Pass through a forest full of venomous snakes, an ancient castle with a magical fountain, a trip to a train station and a chance to visit magic of York’s mysterious Shambles. It’s a story of spooky shadows, uneven floors and surprises around every corner!
Finally, you’ll enter the Wizard Tavern with a chance to meet Grobblenook the Gargoyle. Included in the admission price, you can enjoy a delicious potion – with poisonous options for grown up spell makers. Each potion is worth £3.49 – take yours home for later!
Leave through the gift shop, packed with all kinds of treasures and special things. Choose from chocolate frogs and magic spells plus a host of unique Potions Cauldron products. Exit onto Bank Hey Street, not far from the Blackpool Tower.

The House Cup – until 6 September
Five houses, five locations, only one champion! It’s an enchanting competition taking place across all five different magical mini golf locations!
With each venue representing its own magical house in the race to become this year’s House Cup champion, Blackpool is proudly representing Witches House.
Help to cast your spell on the competition! Every adventure played during the event earns valuable points for Witches House. Every round of magical mini golf, every challenge completed, and every display of house pride helps Blackpool climb the leader board.
The more adventurers who visit, the stronger Witches House’s chance of becoming this year’s champions. Every visit helps Blackpool move one step closer to victory!
Live Reptile Encounters with Scaly Safari – 13 September & 20 December from 11am to 3pm
We’re excited to welcome Scaly Safari to The Hole In Wand Blackpool, with incredible live animal experiences. Get the chance to get up close to fascinating reptiles and creatures from around the world in a fun, relaxed setting. From colourful lizards to impressive snakes, it’s a brilliant way to add something extra to your day out. As you make your way around the wizard golf course, you will be able to meet the Scaly Safari team and learn more about their amazing animals along the way.
