Serving up a Treat (the hygenic way!)

Serving up a Treat (the hygenic way!)

The Fylde coast has more than its fair share of places to eat. Maybe you like to eat out, maybe you work in a food business. Either way you’ll want to know that the staff are serving up a treat – the hygenic way!

With the continued rise in popularity of websites such as TripAdvisor and Facebook, people pay more attention than ever to reviews and ratings before parting with their hard-earned cash for restaurant or takeaway treats.

Nowhere else are reviews so highly sought than in hospitality.

And it’s not just online reviews that hold sway over customers. The familiar food hygiene rating sign – known as Scores on the Doors – can literally stop hungry diners in their tracks.
