With deliveries every Thursday and in between, the worst waiting time would be a week for delivery from the manufacturer but more often much less. Integrated appliances can also be found in stock so if you’re lucky there may be one there when you need it! Integrated appliances will be connected to water and mains, but fitting the door and any other carpentry work required would be at an extra cost.
Ovens are delivered and installed on the same day. Mike Sanderson staff are qualified to connect electric ovens on delivery, all included in the price if your oven is £300 or above. If you ‘cook on gas’ as the expression goes, arrangements will be made for your delivery to meet the Gas Safe (Corgi) engineer at your house, who will disconnect your old cooker for disposal and connect your new one and get everything working. There is a charge for connection of gas ovens.
Not part of the computer generation and terrified by anything technical? But your TV’s just blown up and you can’t stand the silence? Then buy your new one from Mike Sanderson Electrical, and sit back and relax!

The same goes for the miles of cables and complexity that join the DVD players, Freeview recorders, and all the wonders of modern viewing technology together.
Mike Sanderson Electricals like to offer a clear price for all products and standard after sales things like delivery are always included in the cost. However, some things are a little more complex but can easily be arranged at a reasonable extra price.
For example, setting up a new computer or laptop. You might be perfectly IT savvy once the broadband is working, but if you don’t know how to make connection with the world wide web, email and WiFi, then that can all be arranged in your own home, for an agreed fee.

|Mike Sanderson Electricals received another letter from a satisfied customer in March 2012, it read:
'I would like to congratulate you on your excellent standard of customer service, so unusual in these days of supermarket shopping.
Being pensioners we are not too sure of modern digital equipment, but on entering your store we were assisted by Daz, who carefully and clearly explained the intricacies of digital TV recorders and recommended a suitable appliance.
We were assured that if our efforts of installation were problematic, we could telephone for assistance (this we did on two occasions). Because we were still having problems you willingly sent out a Sound Engineer - a pleasant and competent man who quickly made a successful instalation.
Well done. Having found your establishment we will certainly return should we require any other household appliances in the future. It certainly pays to shop locally.'
|In December, Mike Sanderson Electricals received another handwritten letter from a satisfied customer:
To Mr Sanderson,
I would just like to say how well your staff looked after us when our recorder broke.
They are two very kind and helpful boys - I talk about Daz and Sam.
Look after them, you don't get staff like that today.
Mrs E Brown.
|On 12 December, Mike Sanderson Electricals received this hand written letter:
'Dear Mr Sanderson,
I have to put pen to paper, to just let you know, on the above date I bought a Sony TV from your shop, and the person that served me was IAN. And what a wonderful man he is.
He helped me with everything. I just lost my husband in October, Ian was very kind, I just have to let you know this. The chap that came with him to help set the TV up for me was also very nice and you have two really good men working for you. They are GEMS from a customers point of view.
Signed: A very satisfied customer'
|Mike Sanderson Electricals had received an email enquiry through the Visit Cleveleys website, from a lady wishing to purchase a fridge freezer for a relative who lives in Fleetwood.
With their usual attention to customer service, they quickly sorted the sale out, which led to this email being received by the shop:
'Just a note to say thank you. Your herculian delivery guy brought the new fridge freezer as promised on Saturday and took away the old ice encrusted one, it must have weighed a ton, he was one strong guy, and really pleasant with it.
It is so helpful for someone like me who doesn't live locally to be able to sort out a delivery time and to work together with a local service like we did, my Aunt who I got the fridge freezer for was very pleased and more so because she was especially pleased that I could get what she wanted from a local supplier. Keep up the good work, thanks.'
Keep up the good work indeed!
|We'd had our fingers crossed for a while with our integrated washer, knowing that after 7 years of use it’s time was limited. At 9.30pm it danced its death throes to the tune of a jet engine taking off, leaving us with a wet through load of washing to drip dry and piles of laundry on the floor.
Our concern stemmed from enquiries at some of the large retailers which had led us to believe that integrated appliances were usually on about a 3 week delivery – which is hopeless with a family to keep clean.
We needn’t have worried – I called in at Mike Sandersons at about 10.30 in the morning to discover that a an extra integrated Beko washer had been delivered by mistake, which I could have there and then.
Honestly, after recent press about fridges setting on fire, I wouldn’t have picked a Beko, but hobsons choice dictated that was that, and it was delivered by about 1.30pm the same day. I just couldn’t fault the service and the way the transaction was carried out.
