Pop into The Venue to find out.\n\n\n\nWeekly on Thursday mornings, 9-12noon \n\n\n\nWhat’s Happening at Cleveleys & Fleetwood Beach? \n\n\n\nWyre Council in partnership with Balfour Beatty are progressing the Wyre Beach Management Scheme ( https://www.visitfyldecoast.info/about-the-fylde-coast/explore-the-seafront/wyre-beach-management-scheme/ ) between Cleveleys and Rossall School and at Rossall Point. This is a coast defence project which aims to significantly reduce the risk of coastal erosion and flooding to over 11,000 properties and critical infrastructure along our coastline.\n\n\n\nAt Cleveleys & Fleetwood beach, toe protection and new rock groynes are being installed to help to reduce the risk of erosion and overtopping. \n\n\n\nCall into The Venue to speak to Jane Littlewood, Public Information Officer, and find out exactly what’s happening and why.
